2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern use of ecvestriaranch.ro (and /en/ versions) and bookings for Ecvestria Ranch services: accommodation, restaurant, activities, Serenity by Ecvestria, school-group excursions and other experiences stated on the site.
By submitting a booking request or completing an online payment, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
3. Nature of the booking
An online booking is a request for a service on a fixed date/period. Firm confirmation takes place after: (i) availability check by the Ecvestria Ranch team and (ii) full payment of the communicated amount via the indicated channels (including NETOPIA Payments when online payment is active).
Until written confirmation (email/SMS/WhatsApp) and payment receipt, Ecvestria Ranch does not guarantee availability of the requested room or package.
4. Booking process
- Fill in the form with accurate details: contact data, period (check-in / check-out), number of adults and children (including children's ages where required).
- Our team confirms availability and the total value of the stay / service.
- Pay the full quoted amount through the payment method provided.
- You receive written booking confirmation. Together with proof of payment, this confirms your booking.
5. Payment
Ecvestria Ranch policy is full payment of the booked stay / service. As a general rule we do not take bookings on a deposit-only basis; any exceptions will be stated explicitly in writing before payment.
- Online payments are processed via NETOPIA Payments (or another stated processor) on a secure page. We do not store full card details on our servers.
- Prices are in RON, VAT included where required by law, unless otherwise stated.
- If payment fails or is incomplete, the booking is not confirmed.
6. Check-in / check-out and house rules
- Indicative hours: check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00 (or as per written confirmation). Arrivals/departures outside this window should be discussed in advance.
- Guests must follow the ranch house rules, safety around animals / riding, quiet hours after the stated time, and care for room property.
- Damage to property, aggressive behaviour or breach of safety rules may lead to ending the stay without refund of amounts paid, plus any damages.
7. Cancellation, rescheduling and no-show
Detailed rules on free cancellation (at least 7 days before), rescheduling within the calendar year and forfeiture on late cancellation / no-show are set out in Cancellation and refund policy.
8. Special services (restaurant, activities, excursions)
- Restaurant bookings are by phone (+40 376 441 115), not via the accommodation form.
- Activities (riding, Mocăniță, etc.) and school packages may have extra age, minimum-group or weather conditions; these are stated at confirmation.
- Serenity by Ecvestria (pool) is, as a rule, for overnight guests, as stated on the site.
9. Limitation of liability
Ecvestria Ranch is not liable for delays or inability to perform caused by force majeure, extreme weather affecting outdoor activities, or legal restrictions. In such cases, rescheduling or the solutions in the Cancellation Policy apply.
We are not liable for personal belongings left unattended in the room, on the grounds or in the car park, except where staff fault is proven.
10. Consumer protection
You have the right to complain to ANPC and to use alternative / online dispute resolution (ADR / ODR platform), under applicable law. For fixed-date accommodation, the 14-day withdrawal right for some distance contracts does not apply, under the legal exceptions for accommodation.
